A woman was injured in a two-vehicle crash Friday morning in Dubuque. 20 year old Ciera Cooper, of Lisbon, Iowa, was taken to MercyOne Dubuque Medical Center for treatment of her injuries. Police report that Cooper and 54 year old Charlotte Uhlik of Dubuque were both traveling east on Asbury Road Friday morning when Uhlik stopped for traffic near the intersection with Bonson Road. Cooper’s vehicle collided with Uhlik’s vehicle. Cooper was cited with failure to maintain control of her vehicle.
