Dubuque Police arrested 36 year old Holly Campbell Monday afternoon near West 17th and Main Streets. Campbell is charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of meth, unlawful possession of a prescription drug and driving while barred.
Dubuque Police made two arrests at a residence on Delhi Street Saturday around 7:30pm. 35 year old Jessica Schmidt of Dubuque was arrested on a charge of domestic assault. Reports say that Schmidt assaulted 37 year old Joey Keil of Dubuque. Keil was also arrested on charges of possession of methamphetamine, possession of drug paraphernalia and interference with official acts.
