Dubuque Police arrested 57 year old Gregory James and 46 year old Jody James, both of Dubuque just before 5am Wednesday on warrants charging third-degree theft. Police say the couple stole a purse and items valued at over $1,300 from a customer at Q Casino and Hotel, on October 5th.
