Dubuque Police arrested 36 year old Willie Brown on Sunday at his residence on charges of domestic assault with injury, domestic assault with strangulation, two counts of assault, second-offense operating while intoxicated and child endangerment. A report says that Brown assaulted 39 year old Jennifer O’Hara in the presence of two 9-year-old children and also assaulted 19 year old Brytnee O’Hara and a 15-year-old.
