Dubuque Police arrested 42 year old Duane Roth early Sunday morning on charges of domestic assault with strangulation, domestic assault and child endangerment. Reports say that Roth assaulted his wife, 31 year old Sarah Roth of Hazel Green at about 11:45 p.m. Saturday in the presence of her 6-year-old daughter.
