An Iowa County Deputy performed a traffic stop on Spring Street in Highland Monday around 6:30pm. As a result, 35 year old Charlesa Gerhart of Highland was arrested for OWI and criminal damage to property. Gerhart was taken to the Iowa County Jail and later released on bond.
