Dubuque Police arrested 22 year old Jazmyne Shird of Dubuque on Wednesday at her residence on a warrant charging first-degree theft, driving under suspension, improper use of registration and registration violation. Reports say that Shird had been operating a vehicle that had been stolen December 27th from McGrath Auto in Dubuque.
