Disturbance Leads To Arrest of Highland Man

Authorities with the Iowa County Sheriff’s Department responded to a report of a Disturbance in the Town of Highland Saturday around 11:30am. As a result, 58 year old Randy Rider of Highland was arrested for Disorderly Conduct, Battery, and a Probation Violation. Rider was taken to the Iowa County Jail where he was booked on his charges and remains awaiting a bond hearing.
