Dubuque Woman Arrested For Possession of Cocaine

Dubuque Police arrested 26 year old Whitaker Ingles of Dubuque Saturday evening at her residence on charges of possession of cocaine with intent to deliver, possession of marijuana, seven counts of unlawful possession of prescription drugs and carrying a concealed weapon.
