Shayne LaBudda has been elected to a 6th term on the Lancaster Common Council. LaBudda was also re-elected as Council President, a role he has served since 2015. LaBudda, an alderperson at-large on the City Council, was elected to a two-year term at a Reorganizational Meeting on April 22nd.
