Dubuque Woman Assaults Husband, Gets Arrested

Dubuque Police arrested 28 year old Caroline Nelson Monday night on charges of domestic assault with injury and two counts of child endangerment. A police report says Nelson assaulted her husband, 42 year old Kyle Nelson at their residence.
