A retired Navy SEAL, vying to represent Wisconsin’s Third Congressional District, is scheduled to be in Platteville Saturday. Republican candidate Derrick Van Orden is challenging Congressman Ron Kind this fall. Van Orden spent more than 25 years serving in the Navy and now resides in rural Pierce County. Officials with the Grant County Republican Party say Van Orden will be at the new Trump Victory Center this Saturday from 9 til 11. The Center in Platteville is located at 2 Insight Drive – just off of Business Highway 151 across from Wisconsin Bank and Trust.
