Belmont Man Arrested on OWI Charges in Green County

A man from Belmont was arrested by Green County authorities on OWI charges at around 2am Wednesday after his vehicle was found in a ditch. Deputies arrested 45 year old Donovan Taylor in the Town of Clarno for his 3^rd offense of Operating While Under the Influence of Alcohol. Taylor was taken to the Green County Jail and was later released after the posting bond.
