Man Arrested For Violation of No Contact Order and Other Charges

Dubuque Police arrested 47 year old Perry Burrell Monday on charges of assault, false imprisonment, first-degree harassment and violation of a no-contact order. Reports say that Burrell placed 49 year old Saprina Coates of Dubuque in fear of being assaulted.
