Dubuque Man Arrested And Charged With Domestic Assault

Dubuque Police arrested 20 year old Tremaine Moore Jr. Tuesday at the Dubuque Law Enforcement Center on a warrant charging domestic assault impeding airflow causing injury. Reports say Moore assaulted his girlfriend, 24 year old Elma Dogic at their residence on June 6th.
