Woman Assaults Three People By Pouring Coffee On Them

Dubuque Police arrested 34 year old Manda Brimeyer Saturday on three counts of assault. Reports say that Brimeyer assaulted 30 year old Rhonda Timmons and her 8-year-old daughter, and 31 year old Christine Smith of Davenport by dumping coffee on them.
