Dubuque Police are investigating a shooting in the vicinity of Washington Street Tuesday night. Officers in the area heard gunshots shortly after 10pm. Police say shell casings were found and a vehicle had bullet holes, but no injuries were reported. Traffic camera footage may help police with their investigation as no arrests have been made.
