Authorities in Iowa County received a report of a disturbance at a residence on Dodgeville Street in Highland Tuesday just before 11am. As a result, 59 year old Klark Stocks of Highland was arrested for Disorderly Conduct. He was taken to the Iowa County Jail where he was booked on his charge, and was later released after posting bond.
