18 Year Old Assaults Stepfather, Gets Arrested

Dubuque Police arrested 18 year old Zachary Thill Thursday morning on charges of domestic assault and third-degree burglary, as well as probation violations. Thill reportedly assaulted his stepfather, 38 year old Robert Key at their residence Thursday.
