In Iowa, Dubuque County reported 29 additional cases of COVID-19. Monday. Another death also was also reported in Dubuque County Monday pushing the number of deaths to 45. Two more COVID-19-related deaths were recorded in Delaware County as of Monday afternoon, increasing the number of deaths in Delaware County to six. Clayton, Delaware and Jones counties each added five more cases Monday, while Jackson County had four new cases.
In Wisconsin, Grant County reported 16 new cases Monday. Iowa County had 23 more cases from the weekend through Monday. Crawford County reported seven additional cases and Lafayette County had one new case reported Monday.
In Illinois, Jo Daviess County reported there were three new cases on Monday.
