The Dubuque Fire Department reminds people to set their clocks back one hour prior to going to bed Saturday night as Daylight Savings Time comes to an end. It’s also a good time to change the batteries in their smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors. Smoke alarms and carbon monoxide detectors should be replaced every 10 years. Daylight Saving Time ends at 2 am Sunday morning.
