MENOMONEE FALLS, Wis. — Menomonee Falls police are asking the public for information about a retail theft suspect who stole tools from a hardware store Sunday afternoon.
Police said the suspect stole a Craftsman seven-piece toolset from the Ace Hardware store at N48 W13530 Hampton Rd. The toolset is valued at $409.99, according to a news release.
Officials described the suspect as a Black man in his 20s to 30s. Police believe he is roughly 6 feet tall and weighs 180 to 200 pounds. He was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt, black athletic pants, white Nike shoes with red laces, and a black cap.
The man reportedly fled in a green sedan that had damage to the rear passenger side door. Police do not know the make or model of the vehicle.
