WINDSOR, Wis. — Dane County Sheriff’s Office deputies found several shell casings after responding to reports of shots fired Thursday at 12:33 a.m. in the 6600 block of Scattergood Lane in Windsor, according to a release.
The deputies also found evidence of rounds hitting the outside of various apartment buildings, the release said. The Sheriff’s Office Crime Scene Unit and a K9 responded to the area.
