MADISON, Wis. — Police arrested a man on suspicion of fifth-offense OWI on Monday.
According to an incident report, an officer was on a route patrol Monday afternoon when she saw a driver driving recklessly, swerving between traffic lanes and speeding.
The officer pulled over 35-year-old Charles Berg, of Madison, on Highway 30 near N. Thompson Drive. He was subsequently arrested for fifth-offense OWI.
