DARLINGTON, Wis. — Officials arrested Luis E. Leon-Martinez, 28, for possession and distribution of child pornography after searching his Galena St. residence on Sunday morning.
The incident report said an investigation lead to the execution of a search warrant by members of the Darlington Police Department, Lafayette County Sheriff’s Department and the Wisconsin Department of Justice at approximately 7:45 a.m.
Leon-Martinez remains jailed pending future court proceedings.
The Darlington Police Department was aided by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (Wisconsin Department of Justice) in this investigation.
