PRIMROSE, Wis. — A structure fire in the 9200 block of Britt Valley Road caused an estimated $150,000 in damage Tuesday morning.
According to the Dane County Sheriff’s Department, deputes and Mt. Horeb firefighters responded to the structure fire at 11:58 a.m.
The property owner reported that a building housing tractors, other vehicles and equipment had caught fire. Firefighters were able to get the fire under control, officials said.
No one was injured by the fire, according to a news release.
Dane County law enforcement officials said the fire does not appear to be suspicious. They believe it may have been started by a tractor’s block heater, which the owner reported plugging in roughly two hours before the fire broke out.
