WINDSOR, Wis. — A Dane County Deputy Sheriff arrested Arleen M. Mata, 38, for her fourth operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated offense around 1 a.m. on Saturday.
The incident report said the deputy observed Mata’s vehicle on Mueller Rd without headlights on and conducted a traffic stop.
The deputy arrested Mata and she was booked into Dane County Jail on the felony OWI charge.
