MADISON, Wis. — Police arrested a man Wednesday evening after a man exposed his genitals at the Dollar Tree on Thierer Road.
According to an incident report, a woman was shopping at the store when she noticed the man, 65-year-old Randall Miller, staring at her with his genitals exposed.
Miller drove off in his vehicle, but the woman was able to get the license plate and share it with police.
Miller was subsequently booked into the Dane County jail on a charge of lewd, lascivious behavior.
