MADISON, Wis. — Madison police are investigating after someone stole money from a bakery located on the city’s southside.
Police said someone got into a building on S. Park Street early Monday morning, according to a release from the Madison Police Department. The building houses Lane’s Bakery and Coffee and Dane County Human Services office.
Cash was missing from Lane’s Bakery, police said. A vending machine at a Dane County Human Services building was also damaged. Police said additional money may have been stolen from this machine.
