BRADFORD, Wis. — A Rock County Sheriff’s Office deputy arrested a man early Thursday on suspicion of fourth-offense OWI.
According to a news release, the deputy was in the 2800 block of Highway 140 when they stopped to investigate a suspicious vehicle. When the deputy made contact, they found the driver asleep behind the wheel.
The driver, 33-year-old Thomas J. Farley, reportedly displayed signs of intoxication and admitted to drinking alcohol prior to driving.
Farley was subsequently arrested and taken to the Rock County Jail. Fourth-offense OWI is a felony in Wisconsin.
