MADISON, Wis. — Gov. Tony Evers has ordered flags be flown at half-staff in honor of a firefighter who died after contracting COVID-19 in the line of duty.
Donald Edwin Kittelson died Dec. 17 after contracting COVID-19. He was chief of the Clayton Volunteer Fire Department.
