MONROE, Wis. — Monroe police arrested Nathan K. Rufener, 31, for his fourth operating a motor vehicle while intoxicated offense and possession of drug paraphernalia around 1 a.m. on Friday
Police said they arrested Rufener after a traffic stop for equipment violation on the 800 block of 6th St.
Rufener was confined in Green County Jail and is pending a court appearance.
