MADISON, Wis. — The Dane County Medical Examiner released the name of the individual found dead in Reindahl Park on Dec. 26.
The individual was identified as 30-year-old Chase W. Strunk. His body was located on the 1800 block of Portage Road by witnesses who reported to authorities at about 8:30 a.m.
A report from the examiner said that preliminary results from the forensic autopsy are pending further study and investigation. Additional testing is also underway at this time.
This death remains under investigation by the Madison Police Department and the Dane County Medical Examiner’s Office.
