MADISON, Wis. — A man suffered a dislocated shoulder Sunday night during a sale-turned-robbery in the 700 block of Engelhart Drive.
Officials with the Madison Police Department said the victim had traveled to Madison to meet with someone to purchase E-cigarettes. Police said that as the victim handed over the money, the suspects grabbed the victim’s arm and began driving away, dragging him.
The victim, who was half way in the suspect’s vehicle, then fell to the ground after one of the suspects pistol whipped him, according to an incident report.
The suspects then drove off with the victim’s money. Police said the vehicle was described as a white, four door Pontiac with dark tinted windows.
