SUN PRAIRIE, Wis. — Sun Prairie police are asking the public to avoid an area near downtown Sunday night.
According to an incident report, people are asked to stay away from South Bird Street and Lothe Street due to police activity.
The report was released around 7:40 p.m.
Police could not comment on what they were investigating or responding to when asked.
Police said officers will remain in the area for several hours, but there is no known danger to the community.
