Dubuque Man Arrested For Burglary and Possession Of Meth

Dubuque Police are reporting the arrest of a man from Dubuque Saturday. 19 year old Zachary Thill was arrested just before midnight Saturday in the 1600 block of John F. Kennedy Road on charges of third-degree burglary and possession of methamphetamine.
