MIDDLETON, Wis. — The City of Middleton is competing in a form of March Madness this year.
They’re currently in the “Sweet 16” of the 6th annual Strongest Town Contest, celebrating communities across the country striving to build fiscal resilience and prosperity.
Middleton’s “opponent” in the Sweet 16 is Sleepy Hollow, New York.
“We don’t always succeed, but we work hard to find solutions and to break down barriers for people to enjoy public services, outdoor activities and recreation,” said Middleton City Administrator Mike Davis.
The tournament’s winner will be announced April 9th. You can vote for Middleton on the contest’s website.
