LYNDON, Wis. — Authorities are investigating after they found two people dead Monday afternoon in Lyndon Township.
According to the Juneau County Sheriff’s Office, deputies found the bodies of a 33-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman while responding to a welfare check around 2:15 p.m. Authorities did not say how the two individuals died.
A man who lived in the home, 24-year-old Felix Rivera-Medina, was taken into custody on a felony parole warrant. Authorities also arrested 23-year-old Makaela Decorah on a felony drug warrant.
Officials did not say anyone has been arrested in connection with the deaths.
The Wisconsin Department of Justice Division of Criminal Investigaiton, Ho-Chunk Tribal Police, Juneau County Sheriff’s Office, State Crime Lab and the Juneau County Coroner’s Office are investigating the deaths.
