MADISON, Wis. — Madison police arrested two men regarding an armed robbery last week.
Police said the crime took place March 10 at Starflower Drive and Aster Lane. The 19-year-old victim told police a 21-year-old man stole his money and car during a drug sale. Officials said the two knew each other.
One week later, members of MPD’s Violent Crime Unit and Dane County Narcotics Task Force found and arrested two people on the 800 block of Delaplaine Court.
After a chase on foot, Tywaun Reynolds, 21, was arrested for the following tentative charges:
- Armed robbery.
- Operating a motor vehicle without owner consent.
- Resisting an officer.
- Felon in possession of a firearm.
- Possession with intent to deliver THC and cocaine.
- Disorderly conduct.
- Theft.
- Multiple counts of felony bail jumping.
Police also arrested Corey Gresham, 25, who faces the following tentative charges:
- Armed robbery.
- Resisting an officer.
- Felon in possession of a firearm.
- Multiple counts of felony bail jumping.
An updated incident report said numerous guns, drugs and cash were seized as part of the investigation.
