OAK CREEK, Wis. — A Silver Alert has been issued for a Milwaukee County man who went missing Thursday afternoon.
The Wisconsin Crime Alert Network said Roger Marvell, 82, has lived in the Oak Creek area for the past 60 years and rarely leaves.
His family last saw him Thursday afternoon at 4:30 p.m., though a neighbor claimed they saw him leaving his home in his car at 1 p.m. Friday. Marvell lives on the 1300 block of East Connie Lane in Oak Creek.
He’s 5 feet, 6 inches tall, weighs 145 pounds, has blue eyes and is bald on top with short stubble gray hair on the back of his head. He also has a scar from heart surgery and a scar from appendix surgery. Officials said he uses a hearing aid and has a medical condition that requires daily medication.
Officials did not know what he was last wearing, but he typically dresses in black jeans and a button down, long sleeve flannel shirt with a baseball cap.
Marvell drives a burgundy 2003 Ford Escape with the Wisconsin license plates 401-KMY. The SUV has a green and white sticker on the rear bumper that reads “My Family Tree is Full of Deer Stands.” There’s also some rust around the wheel wells.
