MADISON, Wis. — The Fish Hatchery Road on-ramp to the westbound Beltline is closed due to a vehicle crash.
The Wisconsin Department of Transportation sent out a traffic alert Thursday evening saying the crash happened shortly before 4 p.m.
The Dane County Sheriff’s Department and the Madison Fire Department are responding to the crash. Dane County Dispatch did not have any information about potential injuries.
Traffic in the area is being diverted to the median shoulder as crews work to clear the scene. The closure is expected to last an hour, according to WisDOT officials.
