JANESVILLE, Wis. — The Janesville Police Department is asking for help in finding a missing 19-year-old.
According to a news release Friday night, Julia Wittman was last seen Sunday.
Police said she is 5 feet, 7 inches tall and weighs 230 pounds. She also has brown hair and brown eyes.
