OCONOMOWOC, Wis. — The Kroger Foundation has pledged $1 million to help the victims and survivors of this month’s workplace shooting at the Roundy’s Distribution Center in Oconomowoc.
The National Compassion Fund also opened a GoFundMe on Friday with a goal of $1.5 million. It says 100% of contributions will go directly to families of the victims, as well as survivors.
“The fund will provide direct financial assistance to the families of those lost, and individuals injured or suffering psychological trauma from the shooting,” the page reads.
