MADISON, Wis. — Hy-Vee says as of this week, the COVID-19 vaccine is now available at all of its pharmacy locations, including Wisconsin.
The grocery chain expanded its vaccination appointments into Wisconsin this week as part of the Federal Retail Pharmacy Program. They were already offering vaccines at their in-store pharmacies in Iowa, Illinois, Kansas, Minnesota, Missouri, Nebraska and South Dakota.
Free vaccines are available at Hy-Vee pharmacies by appointment only. Those interested can register online once they’re eligible.
On Tuesday, Wisconsin Gov. Tony Evers announced everyone aged 16 and up will be eligible to receive the vaccine starting Monday, April 5th.
Hy-Vee is also continuing to offer free COVID-19 testing, which can also be scheduled online.
