Dubuque Police arrested 50 year old Joseph Bussan of Dubuque Sunday morning in the area of Farley Street and Rhomberg Avenue on a charge of domestic assault with injury. A report says that Bussan assaulted 35 year old Elizabeth Dunahoo of Dubuque.
