Dubuque Police Officers Talk Man Off Of Bridge

Authorities talked a person off of the Dubuque railroad bridge over the Mississippi River on Sunday afternoon. Officers responded shortly after 12noon to the bridge “for a male in a brain-health crisis.” According to the Dubuque Police Department, the man was talked off the bridge by officers and was taken to UnityPoint Health-Finley Hospital for evaluation.
