SOMERS, Wis. — Kenosha law enforcement authorities have arrested a man in connection with a shooting that left three people dead and three more injured over the weekend.
The shooting happened early Sunday at the Somers House Tavern in Somers, Kenosha County. S people were shot during the incident. Three men died and three other men were hospitalized with gunshot wounds.
According to officials with the Kenosha County Sheriff’s Department, authorities have arrested 24-year-old Rakayo Alandis Vinson in connection with the shooting. Officials said they identified Vinson as the suspect on Sunday.
Officials said Vinson will face one count of first-degree intentional homicide. Other criminal charges are pending and could come as the result of authorities’ ongoing investigation.
Vinson has been booked into the Kenosha County Jail, according to county law enforcement officials.
Authorities are expected to share an update on the shooting Monday afternoon.
