MADISON, Wis. — As the temperatures warm up, the state Department of Natural Resources is opening some of its most popular places.
Observation towers and playgrounds around the state opened Friday.
DNR volunteer group sizes can also increase to 50 people while capacity for open-air shelters, amphitheaters and outdoor group campgrounds can have up to 100 people.
Standalone concession facilities will also reopen to the public.
