Iowa County authorities received a report of a disturbance at an address on Stone Street in the Village of Highland Tuesday around 7pm. As a result, 25 year old Jason Lopas of Highland was arrested on an outstanding warrant. He was taken to the Iowa County Jail where he was booked on his warrant and remains in custody.
