MADISON, Wis. Madison police are looking for a stolen vehicle taken right out of a garage on the east side.
According to police, it happened around 10:30 p.m. Tuesday night at a house on Stuart Court near East Washington Avenue.
The residents of the home told police they were home and hear their garage door open.
They looked out of their window and saw someone driving their vehicle.
Another person was going through another car in their driveway.
When the thief and the residents spotted each other, the thief ran off with the person in the vehicle.
The incident is under investigation.
